You have seen the shows — staging and condition are important if a listing is going to get a top-dollar offer. Cynthia can offer anticipated sales price ranges based upon different condition scenarios to help clients decide how much effort they want to put into their property’s “make ready”. It is always OK for a client to factor in their real life needs and collaborate with Cynthia to make a marketing plan that supports client goals and needs.

Rocket does not “team”, handing clients off to a closing coordinator or an assistant. Rocket is purposefully small to maintain collaborative and direct relationships with clients. Cynthia limits her work to six active clients at any one time.
