To help clients with the nuts and bolts of a particular selection, Rocket has refined evidence-based strategies to guide clients as they search, select and to make sound decisions.

Cynthia offers no-cost consultations for potential clients who are not sure if they are in the right moment to buy, what costs to expect from the market and the process, or what the steps of the buying process through to closing will look like.  Most people need to know more about their situation or the market before they are ready to select a Realtor. Which site to search on?

Search with any system you are already comfortable using.  If you are not already hooked on one, try the public search side of Unlock MLS (Austin Board of Realtors’ search system). Many clients also choose to have Cynthia build micro-market searches. The results can be emailed or texted with nearly real-time updates. We can watch to learn about the selling pace, list prices vs. sold prices, and the volume of listings in particular micro-markets. Then, as clients narrow down options, Cynthia can modify alerts to ping with what is new to market, price dropped, or “quietly” listed (called “flex listings”).
